 Available for exclusive hire at the weekend, the HC party package includes the following:

• Access from Mid-day—Midnight (inc set-up)
• Welcome Reception Area
• The Great Hall— Main events space which can accommodate up to 160 guests for a sit-down dinner / dance
• Corkage charge
• Licensed Door Security, up to 7 hours
• 5ft Round Tables and banqueting chairs
• Option from three highly recommended caterers

One day hire on a Saturday or Sunday: £3,500 + VAT

Package to include external Caterer: £3,800 + VAT

The caterer must comply with the Hellenic Centre Terms and Conditions and supply copies of their public liability insurance and health & safety certificates.

Extended Licence:

• An extended licence application can be made to allow music and the sale of alcohol until 01:30am
• There is an additional charge of £500 + VAT
• This covers the cost of the application, the extended hours of the venue and security
